This is completely unrelated to this link, but i thought i would post my comment on something visible and recent.
Im trying to submit to google docs for my EQAO but it is giving me a “working Offline message everytime i try to submit…
I tried to change my settings so im working “online”but everytime i submit to google docs, it still tells me im offline. 🙁
That’s odd!! But thanks for informing me. Try it again in 10 minutes or so and in the meantime, I’ll shoot you an email which you can reply to with your answers if all else fails!

hi! I wasn’t sure about how the posatives and negatives worked, i was looking at my old notes but nothing really cleared it up for me…
is it “+ plus += -” “- plus -= +” and “+ plus -= -” ??

With adding and subtracting, the sign which has the larger number wins…
I.e.: -6 + 4 = -2 since there were more negatives than positive.
When MULTIPLYING and DIVIDING, that’s when the sign rules work:
+ times + = +
– times – = +
+ times – = –
– times + = –
Notice, multiplying same signs gives positive result.
Multiplying opposite signs gives negative result.

hi! just a simple question that i just for some reason can’t find the answer too!
if the question is “2n + 2m” would be the answer be the same as the question because there is no lke terms..or would you add 2 and 2 together?

2m and 2n are unlike terms. Therefore you are correct, the answer is the question!
2m + 2m = 4m
But
2m + 2n = 2m + 2n
